Bizarre video footage has emerged from China of police stopping a car whose driver was trying to reach by hand the windscreen wiper in trouble. The video, which was captured in Chongqing, southwest China on August 13, shows the driver reaching out of the window to move a tree branch stuck at wiper. His car was stopped by police.
