Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message on Monday to the Conference of Supreme Court Presidents between China and the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP).
The meeting opened in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou on Monday, under the theme "Challenge and beyond: Justice in the Internet era."
