China's new foreign investment law could assist with China's opening up. Once adopted, it will become a fundamental law for overseas firms currently investing in China or wishing to invest. The draft law has already gone through two readings by the NPC Standing Committee at this year's Two Sessions. CGTN's Guan Yang spoke with Francois Mery - chief operating officer of Airbus China - about his understanding and perspective of the new law.
GUAN YANG "10 years is a long time. I suppose that when the company first set foot in China, there must have been much uncertainty."
