During this year's Two Sessions, politicians are making themselves more available to the media. This year, there are three areas for reporters to interview ministers, lawmakers, and CPPCC members. On Saturday, five ministers and eleven advisors took questions from international and domestic media on issues concerning people's livelihood and the country's future. These interview areas will be available several times during the political season. They're meant to convey important information on the Two Sessions. Authorities intend to add more channels of communication to improve the public's understanding of the annual political gathering and the responsibilities of the participants. On Monday, the NPC annual session will open, and lawmakers will be available for interviews.
