China unveiled Tuesday a massive cabinet restructuring plan to improve the government's structure, with a goal to strengthen the government's functions in economic management, market supervision, social management, public services, and environmental protection.
According to the plan, a total of 11 ministries and commissions under the State Council will be created, regrouped or optimized.
