Jeff Horn has caused one of the biggest upsets in recent boxing history with a unanimous victory over Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao to win the WBO Welterweight title at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia.
Horn, a 29-year-old former school teacher from Australia, won the early rounds that Pacquiao even needed to be treated during the 6th and 7th rounds for a cut on his head. An elected senator from the Philippines and 11-time world champion, Pacquiao started to dominate the eighth, and comes close to ending it after staggering his opponent in the ninth.
Pacquiao was relentless, and left Horn wobbling so badly that referee Mark Nelson would ask the Australian's corner if their man is able to continue before the 10th round.

Horn pushes on, and the fight goes to a 12th and final round, where the bout comes to a close with the boxers in a clinch near the ropes. The judges then award the win and championship to Horn, in a shocking unanimous decision.
Two scorecards read 115-113, while the third is 117-111.
That drops Pacman's record to 59 wins, 7 losses, and 2 draws.
