The last two weeks have seen record air pollution in many parts of China. As smog threatens to bring many cities to a standstill, the battle against pollution is being stepped up. CGTN's Nathan King went to north China's Hebei Province, home to many coal and steel plants, to see whether people’s dreams for consistent blue skies are realistic.
