Guo Yezhou, vice minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), spoke at a press conference held by the press center of the 19th CPC National Congress in Beijing today. On the topic of China's support for Myanmar's government's effort on the Rohingya crisis, Guo explained that China has followed four considerations on the issue, including "don't interfere in the internal affairs of other countries" but noting China strongly condemns violence and terrorism in Myanmar's Rakhine state and believes Myanmar can handle its problems on its own.
