Saudi Arabia Investment: Gov't to pump billions into building Western-style entertainment sector

Saudi Arabia says it will spend billions building new entertainment venues and bringing in Western acts.
Authorities said 64 billion US dollars will be pumped into the entertainment sector in the next decade. Construction of the country's first opera house has already begun. Movie theaters are also scheduled to open in March, lifting a decades-old ban on cinemas. These plans are part of a reform strategy called Vision 2030, launched by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
