The three-time world champion Patrick Chan has won two silver medals at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games, one in the men's singles and the other in the team event and competing at his third and final Olympics in PyeongChang. Chan said he was relieved to finally have a gold.
He stated that he is neither physically nor mentally different from the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, but he’s a better athlete now.
The 27-year-old Chan was the favorite to win gold in Sochi, and he finally grabbed one this time. As he said, he could not do the wonderful performances without support from teammates.
