Experience China 2018: A cultural exploration of west China in the US

'Experience China 2018' is taking a piece of China's western regions to the United States. Over two hundred guests from all walks of life attended the opening ceremony in Houston, Texas. The event aims to share the charm of the Silk Road with the American people. Qi Jie has more.

The 'Experience China' event is a cultural exploration of west China. It is bringing exhibitions of national costumes, photos and harmonious Silk Road instruments to the American people. The event is expected to open a window for visitors on the natural landscapes, ethnic culture, social economy and people's lives in the west of China.

The Experience China 2018 tour of the United States is jointly organized by the Information Office of China's State Council, the Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as well as the Chinese Consulate General in Houston. After the show concludes in Houston, it will move on to charm the people of Miami. The event will run there till the 5th of July. QIJIE, CGTN.
