Deadly London tower blaze started with fridge fire: Met Police

The deadly Grenfell Tower blaze in London that left an estimated 79 people dead last week started with a fridge fire, London's Metropolitan Police said Friday.
Police have also said both the insulation and tiles used in cladding at the tower block
failed all post-fire safety checks.
Reuters news agency reported the police were considering manslaughter among the possible criminal
offences that may have been committed.
The catastrophic fire broke out on June 14 in a residential building in west London, quickly engulfing the tower. At least 79 people were believed to have been killed in the intense blaze.
