Protesters clashed with security forces on Saturday in Indian-controlled Kashmir after morning prayers on the first day of Eid al-Adha, the Muslim Festival of Sacrifice.
Rock-throwing residents carrying Pakistani flags took to the streets and government forces fired shotgun pellets and tear gas to disperse the crowd.
Anti-India sentiment runs deep in Kashmir's mostly Muslim population.
India accuses Pakistan of arming and training the rebels, which Islamabad denies.
