Oil pricing group, Platts, said in its report on Monday that crude oil output by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) went up by 500,000 barrels per day in the last two months.
Continued recoveries of production in Nigeria and Libya pushed output to 32.49 million barrels per day in June, a six-month high, increasing by 220,000 compared with output in May.
Libya and Nigeria were initially exempted from the agreement as they recovered from internal conflicts and militancy. Libya's production has reached an almost three-year high.
