Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau extended his best wishes to all Chinese people on Thursday at a Chinese New Year celebration. He attended a Chinese temple fair held at the Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto. He learned how to make traditional paper cuts and successfully completed one. The Canadian Prime Minister also said "Happy New Year" in Chinese to express his greetings worldwide to Chinese people.
