Mexico is a country of rich biodiversity and lush landscapes, many of which are home to indigenous communities that have a long history for caring for their land.
But a large part of the population has seen itself forced to relocate to other areas, in search of jobs and financial stability.
Cecilio Solis spent his childhood living in the mountains in the central part of the country before moving to Mexico City. Now, he’s trying to bring job opportunities back to indigenous groups, so they can remain on their lands, with their families, while making a living.
