The People's Liberation Army (PLA) Hong Kong Garrison carried out a joint air and sea drill to bolster its emergency response ability on March 29. Both the air and sea detachments were ordered to the Victoria Harbor for a joint patrol. The command center directed the flotilla via the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System during the exercises.
