The ice lantern exhibition, part of the 19th Harbin Ice and Snow World, opens to the public on December 18. This year’s Ice and Snow World breaks from tradition by having the “Frozen Garden Fantasy World” theme. The concept stems from the ambitious “Belt and Road” concept, and uses snow and ice to restore the magnificent and humanistic architectural style along the “Belt and Road”.
