At least 16 people have been killed and 30 others injured after two buses collided on Friday in the Yangon region of Myanmar.
Six passengers were killed at the scene while 10 died later at hospital.
The death toll is expected to rise as some of the injured are in a critical condition, local officials said.

The crash occurred at 1:45 p.m. local time when two buses collided on Pyay Road. One bus was operated by the regional government while the other belonged to a private company.
