Search continues in Mosul for leftover ISIL fighters

A new problem has surfaced in the Iraqi city of Mosul: What to do with those left behind? Civilians are emerging from tunnels and basements very emaciated and wounded. Others are ISIL fighters and their families, who are trying to find a way out. And there are images circulating online showing Iraqi forces abusing suspected militants.
