As the China-US trade tensions continue, CGTN's Wang Guan sat down with former US Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke. Locke calls the Trump administration's decision to launch a trade war with China "regrettable". Locke, who is also a former Ambassador to China, said tariffs are a "terrible way" to address economic concerns.
