International Trade: IMF's Christine Lagarde says tariffs not helpful

The managing director of the International Monetary Fund -- Christine Lagarde -- said that trade disputes and tariffs are not helpful to global economic recovery. Lagarde is calling on countries to resolve their differences and reform global trading rules.
