Casualties are feared after an explosion was reported by local media in Ningbo, east China’s Zhejiang Province, on Sunday morning. The blast occurred at around 9:00 a.m. BJT in Jiangbei District, the reports said. A rescue operation and an investigation into the cause of the incident are underway.
