The leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un, has reached a "satisfactory" agreement with the special envoy from South Korea, regarding a summit with President Moon Jae-in. DPRK state media reported that Kim exchanged views on various issues with the high-level delegation, and was also given a hand-written letter from President Moon. South Korea's Presidential Blue House says one of the key topics that officials from the DPRK and South Korea are covering, is the conditions for a US-DPRK dialogue. Both the DPRK and the US have expressed willingness to talk.
