Heroic firefighters rescued a man dangling from the side of a building in northeast China's Liaoning Province on October 29. The man was spotted dangling high in the air, at least six stories above the ground, while he was trying to lower himself and retrieve his fallen room key above the balcony of a residential building. But the thin rope he used almost failed to hold him, leaving him suspended in the air. Finally, the man was rescued from a window guardrail by firefighters.
