Aerial video: Flood hit Hukou Waterfall flows at 4,000 cubic meters per second

The biggest flood crest has appeared at the Hukou section of the Yellow River near the county of Jixian, in north China's Shanxi Province.
It appeared at 19:00 local time on Wednesday, with the water flow surging at more than 4,000 cubic meters per second.
The flood peak arrived at the section of the Hukou Waterfall scenic spot at 18:10, raising the water level by about 3 meters.
Authorities at the scenic spot have started to implement an emergency response plan against flooding and have temporarily closed off the site to tourists.
