Israel's defence minister says the military will not change its stance on Hamas-led mass protests in Gaza.

AVIGDOR LIEBERMAN ISRAELI MINISTER OF DEFENCE "I think that the other side also understands that it's not worth it to keep going. And I warn them about the continued provocation. We have established clear ground rules and we do not intend to change them. Anyone who will approach the border is putting their life in danger. I recommend the residents of Gaza to invest the efforts into, not protesting against Israel, but in replacing the leadership in Gaza."
