Two people were killed after a school bus veered off a bridge in southeast China’s Fujian Province on Friday, the first day of the new academic semester. The school bus, carrying 15 primary school students and two adults, fell off the Shanwei Bridge in Shanwei village, Putian city at around 5:40 p.m. BJT. An amateur video showed some students heavily bleeding. All students were rescued and taken to hospital. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
