Footage from Ji'an City in east China's Jiangxi Province on April 3 shows a man carrying a red bag standing behind a woman withdrawing money from an ATM. As the cash comes out of the machine, the man snatches 5,000 yuan (or 800 US dollars) in notes and runs away. He was later caught by the bank manager. The case is under investigation.
