Surveillance video shows a caregiver severely mistreating a 93-year-old woman. The caregiver, Luo Xiaomei, was hired to nurse the senior with Alzheimer's disease. Medical examiners said the senior had several soft tissue injuries. Prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for the caregiver.
