Thirteen-year-old golfer Oscar Holland teed up for the "Beat the Pro" challenge on the opening day of the HSBC Championship in Abu Dhabi, and was able to upstage Dustin Johnson on Thursday.
Dustin Johnson is the current No.1 in the PGA world ranking, having reached that position with his win at the 2017 Genesis Open in February 2017.
It’s a really uncommon chance that a young fan gets to tee it up with his idol, especially during an actual golf tournament.
The young gentleman was able to hit the ball just 25 yards away from the pin on the par three 15th hole.
Five-time major winner Rory McIlroy did fare better than the youngster but take nothing away from this up and coming linksman who will remember this day for the rest of his life.
