China is continuing to reduce the tax burden on SMEs, as well as solving their financing problems, in order to increase job opportunities, motivate innovation and drive investment and consumption, according to Finance Minister Xiao Jie, who made these remarks at a press conference during the First Session of the 13th National People’s Congress, China’s national legislature.
