South Africa's Zuma congratulates Xi on being re-elected CPC leader

South African President and ruling African National Congress (ANC) President Jacob Zuma congratulated Xi Jinping for being re-elected as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and for the conclusion of the 19th CPC National Congress.
Zuma's congratulation is conveyed by his Foreign Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane during her meeting with Chinese Ambassador to South Africa Lin Songtian on Friday.

Nkoana-Mashabane believed General Secretary Xi Jinping is a visionary leader. She said in past five years, under the strong leadership of CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics have made great achievements and won the wholehearted support of all Chinese. Comrade Xi Jinping's re-election is the common aspiration of the people and is heavily favored. 
"In the care and support of Xi and Zuma, both Sino-South African and Sino-African ties have developed swiftly with fruitful achievements. We are satisfied for current achievements and are confident about future development prospect." Nkoana-Mashabane added. 
South Africa government Friday also issued a statement saying the South African government and people warmly congratulated China on the convening of its 19th CPC National Congress and congratulated Comrade Xi Jinping for being re-elected General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee. 
The statement also said South Africa is willing to continuously deepen and consolidate friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership with China.
