China has become Germany's biggest trade partner since bilateral trade volume climbed to more than $150 billion U.S. dollars in 2016.
As robust trade has continued this year, with thousands of contracts bringing German technology to China were signed in the first quarter of this year. China has approved more than nine thousand German investment projects in the country by April.
