Liangjiahe village in Yan’an, southwest China’s Shaanxi Province, has been transformed since the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress in 2012. As the 13th National People's Congress opened in Beijing on Monday, Liangjiahe’s CPC Committee chief explained how new official policies have brought tourism and infrastructure to the formerly poor village.
