Police in the Philippines are accusing an Egyptian man of being a member of ISIL. Fehmi Lassoued is suspected of arriving in Manila in July of 2016 using a fake Tunisian passport. Police also say he used the alias, John Rasheed Lassoued. Officers found in his apartment guns and parts to build improvised explosives devices. Police say he was a recruiter and helped transfer money for extremist groups in the Philippines and elsewhere.
