During the winter, the temperature falls as low as -58 degrees Fahrenheit and the Nenets will live in 260 freeze days in each year. There are 13,5000 indigenous people are involved with reindeer husbandry. Reindeer can provide shelter, cloth, traditional handcraft production and can use for meat production and transportation.
