The Belt and Road Initiative has yielded fruitful results in the past five years, said Zhang Yesui, spokesperson for the first session of the 13th NPC, at a press conference on Sunday. He also emphasized that the view that the Belt and Road Initiative is China's geostrategic tool is a misinterpretation.
