‍The Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) have agreed to live broadcasts from next week's inter-Korean summit, Seoul said Wednesday.
The two sides agreed that media companies can film key public moments of the historic meeting between ROK President Moon Jae-in and DPRK leader Kim Jong Un from the very first scene during which the two leaders will shake hands.

The agreement came during the second round of working-level talks to discuss security, protocol and media coverage for the summit in the border village of Panmunjom.
Moon's office said the two sides largely reached an agreement on those issues. It added that more discussions will be made to draw up a more detailed plan for the summit.
Moon and Kim agreed to hold the third inter-Korean summit at Peace House, an ROK building in  Panmunjom, also called the Joint Security Area (JSA), inside the DMZ dividing the two Koreas.
Media reports have speculated that Kim will walk past blue buildings inside the truce village, which straddles the two Koreas, to cross the military demarcation line (MDL) on foot.
