Russia's Foreign Minister just spoke at the international security conference in Moscow, saying that Russia will defend its interests by all means.
SERGEI LAVROV RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER "(We) are not interested in confrontation or the escalation of an arms race. But Russia will defend its interests, sovereignty and independence purposefully and effectively by using the whole arsenal of means at our disposal."
Sergei Lavrov described the Skripal poisoning case as a provocation, adding that the expulsions of Russian diplomats from the US and Britain are a blatant mockery of international law and diplomatic ethics. He says Russia will react appropriately.
Meanwhile, China also shared its views on international security during the conference. State Councilor and Minister of National Defense, Wei Fenghe, said China is committed to creating a win-win environment. where every one benefits.
