Ukraine Politics: Interview with former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen

Anders Fogh Rasmussen was NATO Secretary General from 2009 to 2014. The Dane is currently an adviser to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Guy Henderson caught up with Rasmussen on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference. In the interview, Rasmussen stressed the need for a peacekeeping force in Ukraine to ensure the Minsk ceasefire deal.
