Agriculture Minister Han Changfu said that agricultural cooperation between China and Russia will be a win-win situation, noting that Russia is famous for its abundant resources while China has a huge potential market. He made the remarks at a press conference held by China’s Ministry of Agriculture during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing.
