Chinese police rescue drunk man from drowning

Police rescued a drunk man from drowning in Qingdao City, Shandong Province in eastern China on Thursday. 
The man clung to a swimming buoy after being washed into the sea.
The amateur video shows three police officers struggling to save him, but their efforts failed due to the fury of waves. 
The policemen eventually succeeded in rescuing the man. 
According to the WHO Global Health Estimates almost 360,000 people lost their lives to drowning in 2015, making drowning a major public health problem worldwide. Alcohol use near water increases the risk of drowning.
