Syria Chemical Attack: Russia vetoes US plan to probe alleged attack in Douma

Russia has vetoed a US resolution on Syria at the UN Security Council's emergency meeting. That would have created an expert team to determine responsibility for the alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria's Douma. Russia came up with its own resolution, but failed to get enough support. CGTN's Nick Harper has more from the UN headquarters in New York.
