The latest on the poisoning case of a former Russian spy. British investigations show that Sergei Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with the highest concentration of a nerve toxin that had been left on the front door of their England home. The United States is calling for a joint investigation, and says it's still waiting for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to finish its review.

The UK has retaliated as a result, and the diplomatic war against Moscow has escalated, with about 150 Russian diplomats expelled by 25 western nations and NATO. Several EU members have also recalled their ambassadors for consultations.
