So, what do ordinary Chinese people think of their neighbors to the east? We hit the streets of Beijing to find out.
What's your impression of Japan?
"I've been to Japan, the streets there are clean and people are polite, that's my impression of Japan."
"What impressed me the most is the positive side, Japanese football fans in World Cup cleaned the venue after game. Their people are very friendly to the Chinese."
