Myanmar's leadership is fending off a barrage of criticism over the Rohingya crisis, which a UN rights official says is destroying hope for the country's first elected government in a generation. Yanghee Lee, the UN special rapporteur on Myanmar, warned in a press conference on Friday that the government's denials to the issue were destroying faith in Aung San Suu Kyi's fledgling administration.
