China, Philippines sign 14 deals, vow to boost 'positive momentum' of bilateral ties

China and the Philippines signed 14 cooperation deals on Wednesday, covering areas such as infrastructure building and financing, drug rehabilitation and climate change.
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is in Manila and witnessed the signing of the deals with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
Both sides pledged to further strengthen the "positive momentum" in the development of bilateral relations.
