Authorities say three people died after a helicopter crashed into a home near a Southern California airport. Newport Beach fire chief Chip Duncan says it's unclear whether the dead were on board the four-seat chopper or whether anybody was in the house. There was no fire. The Federal Aviation Administration says the helicopter had taken off from John Wayne Airport, about a mile from the crash site.
