Russia said it has successfully launched a hypersonic missile, one of an array of new weapons President Vladimir Putin unveiled earlier this month. The high-precision Kinzhal missile was launched from a MiG-31 supersonic interceptor jet that took off from an airfield in southwest Russia on Saturday, the country’s defense ministry said.
